Payment
After you bought an item through Etsy you will recieve an email with your order confirmation and the details for payment. Payment is only possible in advance through bank transaction or PayPal.
If needed you will receive BIC/ SWIFT and IBAN codes, so that you will not be charged more for EU-wide money transfers.
If you buy several items and wish combined shipment (only possible for maximum 2 hats), the items must be paid with one money transfer (PayPal or bank). Separate payments always require separate shipping, so please pay all itmes in one transfer to save shipping costs. PayPal payments are especially recommended for non-EU countries.
Shipping
* All orders are shipped via DHL
* Items are. I cannot be held responsible for lost and or stolen packages once your package has been shipped.
*All items are shipped to address specified on the PayPal shipping invoice.
*Shipping costs include postal charges, insurance and boxing.
It is possible to combine shipping of several hats within one package to save you shipping costs. Please ask me for combined shipping when you have bought several items. Please do this after the purchase and before paying, so I can adapt the shipping costs which often saves you money!
