No, sorry we do not offer custom-designed products. Most all of our products have text fields for you to personalize with any information you wish.

How do your products work?

A link will be emailed to you shortly after your payment has been processed. Click to download the file, then: 1. Open Adobe Reader first. Go to File > Open to locate and open the downloaded PDF. 2. With your mouse, drag over the editable fields to personalize. 3. Type in your information (recipient‘s name, date, etc.) 4. Complete the other fields in a similar manner, and then print it off. Presto—you’ll end up with a stylish certificate that your recipient will love. Usage Rights: One user only. No sharing or reselling of the PDF is allowed. What parts of the certificates can I customize?

Certificates have text fields that can be customized (shown in black lettering). The fields provide space for you to type in things like the recipient's name, date, etc. The border graphics and color headers containing the title are not customizable.

Can I change the font style and font size?

Yes, you can change the font style and size by using the Properties Bar in Adobe Reader. To display the Properties Bar, choose View > Show/Hide > Toolbar Items > Properties Bar (or just type Command-E). Use the text tool to select the black text, then make changes in the Bar.

Mac Users: What's the first troubleshooting tip?

Always open Adobe Reader first, and then open the PDF download from within Adobe Reader. If your type is not displaying correctly you may have opened the PDF in Preview, the default viewer for Mac. Fonts will not always display correctly in Preview. KEY TIP: Open Adobe Reader First. To open Adobe Reader first, you can usually find it in your Applications folder—if not do a search on your computer for it. Then go to File > Open and locate the dowloaded PDF. Select OK and proceed with customizing your PDF.

• Be sure the artwork prints centered on the page. Select "Actual Size" in the print dialog box when printing. • To print only the certificates you need, enter the page range in the print dialog box. (This way you can avoid printing the instruction page or any other unwanted pages.)
