The pattern is supplied as an instantly downloadable digital PDF file, so you will need a PDF reader such as Adobe Reader to open, print and save the file. Once paid for it will available to download and is also always accessible from your Etsy purchase history. A receipt will be emailed to your Etsy contact email (please ensure that this is up to date).

The file is 15 pages long and contains over 50 detailed step-by-step photographs along with full pattern instructions and tips for stuffing, seaming and finishing neatly. It is less of a knitting pattern and more of a 'how to' manual.

The pattern is written for knitting flat on two needles and all pieces are seamed afterwards. The dress can be removed but the tights/stockings and shoes are knitted as part of the animal. Please note that this project is not a quick or simple knit. It takes me around 14 hours to make and finish each of the animals that I make and just under half of that time is spent on the finishing off. There are lots of separate pieces which require seaming and sewing and if you are looking for something fast and easy you would probably be better off finding a different pattern. That said this PDF file will give you all of the information that you need to knit the little mouse pictured

• DK, worsted or light Aran yarn (approx 34m) in white Yarn A
• 4ply weight yarn (approx 8m) in a pink colour for the ears and tail Yarn B
• 4ply weight yarn in 3 contrasting colours for the clothing: Yarn C, Yarn D, Yarn E
• Scraps of grey, pink and black 4ply yarn for the eyes and facial features
• Toy stuffing
• A tiny button

My love of seashells started when I was a small child. I would collect them in my pockets on trips we took to the beach in Maine. Even in the cold days of winter my family would walk on the beach to enjoy the fresh sea air.

Wentletraps are a family of small high spired mollusks. Their shells are one of my favorites – delicate and complex looking with their spiraling forms. The spiraling pattern of the Wentletrap Sock is reflective of the beauty of these exquisite sea creatures.

Aileron signifie « little wing ». Les rayures, angles de la colonne vertébrale du châle, ressemblent à longues plumes dans les ailes de l'oiseau.

Aileron commence par un triangle travaille en bref lignes avant des sections de rangs raccourcis garder le modèle de répartition angulaire. Une arête de l'icord, travaillée simultanément avec la mise en forme châle, donne la forme demi-circulaire un bon finish.
Travaillé entièrement au point mousse, c'est un plaisir à tricoter avec plein de petits détails.

L'amour du fil pour Aileron ? Aileron est le résultat d'une collaboration avec les Arts textiles Juno pour lancer leur nouveau fils, Milly Singles Sleek.

Fils : Juno Fibre Arts Milly élégant Singles (70 % mérinos, 30 % soie), 400m / 100g.
MC: Glimmer, 1 pelote (presque l'écheveau plein servait) CC: géranium, 1 pelote (environ 75g de la pelote de 100g a été utilisé)

Aiguilles: 4 mm / US 6 circulaires, 80 cm/31 pouces, afin d'accueillir un grand nombre de points de suture.

Mercerie: 1 marqueur, aiguille de tapisserie pour repriser dans les extrémités.

Calibre : 20 m & 44 lignes sur 10 cm/4 pouces au point mousse piquer après le blocage.
Calibre n'est pas crucial – mais il faut savoir qu'un calibre différent susceptibles d'affecter l'yardage total requis et la taille finale.

Dimensions : largeur 183 cm/72 pouces du bout à bout, de la profondeur au centre 39 cm/15,5 pouces.
