Production & Shipping Times

Most orders are handmade and ready to ship within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, tracked delivery typically takes:

Canada: [1-2 days or longer — please confirm which is correct]
United States: 5–8 business days (occasionally longer)
International: 8–10 business days or longer

Need it sooner? Message us about express shipping options.

Wrong Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before ordering — orders ship to the address provided at Etsy checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we're happy to reship it once received; the buyer covers the new shipping cost. If your tracking shows "delivered" but the package hasn't arrived, it's often nearby — check with neighbours, family, your mail carrier, or local post office first.

Care Instructions

To keep your jewelry looking its best, wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wear and avoid water, chemicals, hairspray, lotions, pool water, and perfume. Remove before showering, swimming, or exercising, and store in the included pouch when not in use.

Safety Disclaimer for Babies & Children

This is a decorative keepsake, not a toy, and contains small parts that pose a choking hazard. We recommend attaching it to a stroller, crib, or car seat rather than directly on a child's clothing. Never leave a child unattended while wearing their pin, and never allow a child to sleep — including naps — while wearing it. We assume no responsibility for accidents related to improper use.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I request a custom charm combination?
Yes! Every pin is fully customizable. Choose your initial from the dropdown and list your 3 charm reference numbers in the personalization box (e.g., "1. Cross #2 2. Heart #1 3. Angel #3"), or write "same as photo." Message us anytime with questions before ordering.

Will I pay any extra customs or duty fees?
No surprise charges — all customs duties, tariffs, and import fees for US orders are already included in your purchase price. International buyers outside the US/Canada may be responsible for local import fees; message us to confirm.

What is your cancellation and return policy?
Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase. If you're not satisfied, returns are accepted within 30 days — the buyer covers return shipping, and the item must come back in its original condition.
