4 out of 5 starsThe figure arrived in an almost perfect condition. The base of the model had a spot of paint that was still wet (or melted, it arrived on a very hot day and was left in the sun). It wasn't too much of an issue, I managed to dry it off before assembling the figure. As for assembling, putting the figure together was fairly easy. Overall, I'm still happy with the quality of the product.

5 out of 5 starsI was a little hesitant to give a brand new shop my business because I've had some issues in the past with that. The shop was responsive to my requests for pictures of work they've done and always responded promptly. The work itself was as described and well painted. The box was packed well (literally the best they could have done it) but even so, my product came damaged. I was able to fix the damage myself with the super glue provided in the same package. Highly recommend the shop, product and would do business with again!
