Here, you're confronted with harsh reality and its consequences, but also with a whole range of emotions that make it hard to put the manga down. My feelings while reading: I grinned, giggled, got annoyed, got a lump in my throat, laughed, swallowed hard, felt angry, sad and affected, sometimes felt helpless, and felt happy. I like the art style; the chibis and super-sharp drawings brought a smile to my face time and time again because they captured the emotions so perfectly. It's a manga that doesn't just scratch the surface, but immediately pulls the reader fully into the story, complete with an unexpected ending. It's also comfortable to hold!
