Will colours look exactly the same when printed?

Are any designs exclusive / sold to only one person?
Some pieces are one-of-one exclusives (sold once, to one person). After purchase, the design is removed from my shop. The buyer can use it for themselves. The file can’t be shared, resold, or redistributed.
