So excited to start using these designer resistance bands! They’re super high quality and because they’re made with fabric, I don’t get rubber burn. The first thing I did was do a few squats with each weight and they are Sturdy! Can’t wait to add them to my routine!

I like these more than I thought I would!! At PT, I had to learn hip strengthening exercises using a band and they have us use an inexpensive latex one. It's just ok....I like doing the exercises as they help and this is major upgrade! They are super comfortable on the skin. They are also very strong, much higher resistance than the latex ones I have. The item shipped fast and the seller adds a nice personal touch with a note and professional packing. There would be no reason to buy something like this from Amazon when you can get this quality product right here!
