Custom and personalized orders
Please be aware you will receive a digital file vie email. I do not send physical items, but only digital designs personalized for your needs.
What is turnaround time for logo creation?
Turnaround time for first preview after purchase is 1-3 business days.
Depending on the size of the set and number of revisions needed.
Can the colors be changed?
Yes! Almost every color in my listings can be changed and its free! If you`d like another color you may send me a HEX code or a sample of the new one!
How will I receive the final files?
After your approval on the set I`ll send the final files on your email. They are in High Resolution Easy to use PNG (transparent background) and JPEG format.
Will I be able to use the logos over photos/materials?
Yes! The logos come in PNG format, which means they have transparent background!
Will I be able to make corrections on the files?
Yes! After you make an order I will send a preview and we will be able to discuss. When I have your final approval on the set I will send the final files.
***Please note, any additional corrections after your final approval and final files sent are not included in the listing***
My set was finished and I received the final files. I love them but I need corrections done (color change, name change, etc.)

I have lost my final files! / Have no access to the email anymore!
I always suggest downgliding the files on your device, because after a period of time you will not be able to access them through the email I sent.
However, nothing is lost!
The final files are still in my archive and I can resend the to you with no additional fee!

If I purchase the smaller set now, can I upgrade it to a bigger one later?
The answer is yes! And there is no additional fee. And you don`t have to repurchase the whole set. The price of the smaller set will be deducted from the price of the bigger set. Please contact me and I will send a custom listing for you!
