Gift wrapping and packaging
We’re happy to make your order extra special with our gift wrapping service. Just select the gift wrap option during checkout, and we’ll ensure your item is beautifully wrapped and ready for gifting. If you have specific preferences for the wrapping, let us know—we’ll do our best to make it exactly as you’d like.
Status of your order
Once your order has been shipped, we’ll upload the tracking number to Etsy. You’ll automatically receive an email with the tracking details, which you can use on any international postal service website. This way, you’ll always know where your package is on its journey to you.
Returns and cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund. If production has already started, we can refund 50% of the cost to cover materials and labor.
If you’d like to return or exchange an item for reasons other than damage, wrong color, or wrong type, please note that return shipping is at the buyer’s expense and the item should be returned in its original condition.
Please note: custom-made items (based on your measurements or personalized changes) are non-refundable, except in cases of defects or mistakes on our part.
