Please send us a high resolution image and we can print it on the bedding set. You may also choose images from Shutterstock.com and send us the URL. We will download and print it for you.

Most of our listings have more than one size available. For beddings, please take a look at the measurements per bed standard on each listing before purchasing.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, feel free to contact me for the remedy. For refund, buyer will shoulder the return shipping. Please understand that we cannot refund if you don't return the item. This is to protect our business to those who just want to scam small business owners and enjoy free items.

Shipping delays have various reasons that we both cannot avoid. Most common reasons are: customs inspection, logistics operations and if the shipping address is in the military zone or in the remote are. Please note that you cannot ask for refund if there's shipping delays or failed deliveries.

For beddings and duvet cover sets:
・Machine washable, it is advisable to use cold water and spin it gently
・It is advisable to use mild detergent

・Please understand that our product is made to order (production)
・Production time takes about 3 - 5 business days. Might take more depending on the volume and timing of the order.
・Shipping time may vary according to your location but a tracking number will be provided so you can track the package.
・Estimated date of arrival might NOT be accurate due to logistics handling, changes of logistics operation hours due to freight delays, customs procedures which varies according to country and timing of the delivery

* We are not responsible for cases of failed deliveries since the tracking number is provided right after we ship the package.

* If you know that your shipping address might be difficult to find, please kindly make sure you indicate the complete address and include your phone number.

* If you use different shipping address such as relay points and pickup centers, please make sure they can receive international packages from different couriers.

There will be slight differences between the actual product and the pictures as screen resolution and brightness of every device such as mobile phones vary as well as product display imagery. Mild differences in color variation, vibrancy, and brightness should be expected.
The colors printed on fabric, esp. for pure cotton fabric will be less saturated. Black will not be pitch black when printed on fabric, the result will be graphite black/charcoal black.

Please understand that the design is a seamless pattern, therefore, depending on the size, manual cutting, and sewing measurements, there might be some parts or illustrations in the pattern that may be cut-off, sewn, or slightly placed differently compare to the product images.
