Hi there! You’re in exactly the right place.
Hi, I’m Sasha. Pull up a chair. 💛
If you’ve found your way here, I’m guessing food has been feeling a little complicated lately. Maybe the kitchen calls your name after a long day. Maybe you’ve tried the plans, the apps, and the fresh starts on Monday, and you’re tired of feeling like you’re doing it wrong.
Let me say this first. You make so much sense. The way you eat grew from real needs, real stress, and real love. And the beautiful thing is that patterns that were learned can be gently relearned, at your own pace, with a lot of kindness along the way.
I’m a Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist, a Certified Eating Psychology Coach, and I’m trained in nutritional psychiatry. Every day, I sit with smart, caring, busy people who give so much to everyone else. Together we discover what food has been doing for them, and what they truly need. I’ve watched so many of them soften, breathe easier, and find a peaceful, joyful relationship with food. I created these guides so you could feel that too, right from your own couch.
Everything here is built on what I call the Brain, Body, Bonds approach. How you fuel your brain, how your body handles stress, and how your relationships shape what food means to you. When we care for all three, change starts to feel lighter and it lasts.
Here’s what you won’t find in my shop. Rules, counting, or anyone telling you what to cut out. Here’s what you will find. Curiosity, compassion, practical tools for real life, and a whole lot of encouragement. Think of each guide as a warm conversation with someone who’s truly in your corner.
Every page was written, reviewed, and refined by me, with care and research behind it, and with you in mind.
I’m so glad you’re here. You deserve to feel good in your body and at peace with your plate, and I believe you can get there, one gentle step at a time.
Warmly, Sasha
