The seller was great at communication. Sent me pictures before shipping and was very timely on all responses. I received my painting on time and it is better than I could’ve imagined. All the items are Hand Made painting on canvas, no art prints sell in my store.
2.CAN I ORDER DIFFERENT SIZES?
Yes, we can make different size base on your requirements. Just send us details.
3. CAN I MAKE CUSTOM REQUESTS?
Of cause. Please feel free to contact me to give me your custom request.
4.CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS.
How similar between original piece shows online and recreated piece.
Because all of our paintings are handmade and often custom ordered, so minor or subtle changes may occur with your painting. Your painting may not be exactly the same as the picture you made the order from. It will be nearly identical, but not exactly the same. What I can promise is our quality of work we deliver on, and it will be a beautiful painting as you expect.
5.IS IT SAFE TO SHIP AN OIL PAINTING?
To protect painting well during international shipping, all paintings are ROLLED(Unframed/Not stretched)and shipped in a quality
plastic/cardboard tube to avoid damages. It's 100% safe and painting comes back to its original/flat state once you stretch it on a wooden base.
6.SHIPPING/FREIGHT?
Worldwide shipping, free of postage.
All paintings are shipped by FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT.Each painting is inspected and professionally packaged for safe travel so that your painting arrives to you in perfect condition.
7.CAN I RETURN a WORK OF ART IF IT DOESN'T MEET MY EXPECTATIONS?
Yes, please return it within Thirty days after receiving the order. We will refund the money when we receive the goods. The artwork shall be returned in its original package, and you shall bear the cost of shipping returns, customs duties and additional charges.
