As you may know, my wife and I own a printing shop, Chnprintstudio. Our primary task has always been to provide high-quality printed services and excellent customer service. I believe that we have met the customer's expectations so far.
Then in October 2022, we made a mistake. I had a serious accident that prevented the store from operating properly. We did not respond to inquiries, and we did not contact our customers to let them know that our family dynamics had undergone incredible changes and that it had changed every aspect of our lives!

In January 2023, we closed our store and stopped accepting new orders! But there are still some customers who cannot contact us, resulting in some bad reviews! I deeply apologize for this!
In August 2023, I am pleased to announce that we will reopen ChnPrintStudio. We are trying to contact every customer in the past, but unfortunately, there are still some customers who cannot be contacted and cannot be saved!
