Please be sure your address on file with Etsy is correct.
Refunds will NOT be issued due to an incorrect address.
SHIPPING TIMES
Most items are made to order and production time is 2-5 weekdays.
Shipping time only begins from the day it was shipped not from the day you made the purchase.
*United States shipping times can take 7-14 business days
*Canadian shipping is usually 4 to 6 business days
*International air shipping can take up to 3 - 4 weeks
Does my package include tracking?
To keep costs down, I use regular post. Package TRACKING is NOT included in regular post.
For additional cost, you can purchase shipping upgrades with tracking. If you are interested in this option, please select the desired option at check. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
I also offer faster shipping times, however this too is at an additional cost and is also an option at checkout
Refunds
Refunds are only offered in specific scenarios on a case by case basis. Please read all listing information to be sure of time frames.
---If there is a problem with your product, such as a defect in the materials, I will send you a replacement. Just send me a photo of the defect. I need this so I can be sure it does not happen in the future.
---Refunds are not issued due to delays that take place with the postal systems, customs crossing or for an incorrect address provided.
---If a package gets lost and never arrives, I can resend a replacement after sufficient time has passed
Cancellations
In the event that you need to cancel your order, please refer to the below information
If your order has not yet been made or mailed, we can refund you 100%.
If it has been made but not mailed, we can refund your item cost 75% (25% restocking fee) and refund all shipping costs.
If your order has already been mailed, simply mark it as "RETURN TO SENDER" or mail it back to us. Once received, we can refund you 75% (25% restocking fee).
****Shipping costs are non-refundable once the item has been mailed.***
