4 out of 5 starsThe quality of the item is good, but I've had issues with the clasp. The first time I wore it in the shower, the clasp got caught on my towel, then that night, the necklace fell off when I rolled over in bed.

5 out of 5 starsEven though it arrived past the estimated time in still rating shipping 5 stars because the seller was very communicative and responded quickly. The chain itself is wonderful. The color, design, quality is amazing. Honestly it exceeded my expectations.

5 out of 5 starsI sent a message and no response yet. Although very pretty the closure doesn't work. So I can't wear it. Will wait for a response from seller. Maybe I will get it to work. Right now disappointed. Update: seller responded was very nice and I am now able to wear my necklace.
