I shipped it out 5 days after you ordered it. I do have a processing time of 1-2 weeks. You ordered something a week before Christmas that hadn’t been made yet. I did what I could to try and it get there faster. I put it before other orders and I was at UPS the day you messaged me. I hope she liked her gift.

1 out of 5 starsFor how expensive this was I am extremely upset how terribly it is made.. there is no way to get it around the arm rest or no hole made into the material for me to take the arm rest off, slide down, and put the arm rest back on (I bought the exact kind needed for my vehicle). I will have to cut a hole to get it on the right way which I’m sure will cause a tear to start forming. product does NOT fit properly in regards to this. I also wish the back didn’t go all the way down the seat so I could still utilize the back of seat pocket.
