Ciao!

Sono Ashley, proprietaria e gestitrice di DecemberJanuaryDes, e ho cinque bambini: tre figli, una figlia e questo negozio! (Beh, immagino di avere sei bambini se conti mio marito!)

Ho quasi trent'anni e amo creare (ovviamente!), leggere, guardare o ascoltare storie di crimini veri, ascoltare musica country classica, cucinare (e cercare di non fallire) ricette che trovo su Pinterest , pulisco la mia casa che non è mai veramente pulita (grazie, ragazzi!) e raggiungo i negozi dell'usato.

Insegno inglese universitario (scrittura, letteratura, grammatica) part-time durante i semestri primaverili e autunnali.

Ho iniziato a realizzare oggetti in vinile nel 2016 dopo la nascita del mio primo figlio. Per lo più ho iniziato a creare cose per lui, ma presto ho scoperto che fare cose per gli altri mi dà una grande gioia! Quindi, dopo essere stato licenziato dal lavoro che avevo allora, ho iniziato a concentrarmi davvero sulla vendita delle cose che produco. Ora, diversi anni dopo, gestisco questa piccola impresa quasi a tempo pieno e ho aggiunto altri due figli e una figlia al mix. Gestisco l'attività da solo, non ho partner di produzione e realizzo gli articoli nel mio ufficio a casa.

Il mio negozio si concentra principalmente sul vero crimine e sugli articoli country classici, perché sono due delle mie cose preferite. Ma prima di aprire il mio negozio Etsy, ho partecipato a molte mostre di artigianato, quindi anche alcuni dei miei articoli appartengono all'inventario di quei giorni. Ho anche alcuni articoli legati alla musica e alla letteratura perché anche quelle cose sono le mie passioni.

I miei articoli sono realizzati utilizzando una taglierina per vinile Silhouette Cameo, un vinile a trasferimento termico Thermoflex e una pressa a caldo. Preferisco usare le camicie Bella Canvas, ma metterò il tuo disegno su qualunque tipo di camicia tu voglia!

Molto probabilmente il tuo articolo lascerà il mio ufficio entro una settimana e sempre entro due settimane (raramente ci vuole così tanto tempo). Se qualcosa mi impedisce di pubblicarlo prima, sarai avvisato. Tutto è confezionato in un mailer sicuro per la spedizione.

I'm Ashley, owner and operator of DecemberJanuaryDes, and I have five babies: three sons, one daughter, and this shop! (Well, I guess I have six babies if you count my husband!)

I'm in my late 30s, and I love to create (OBVIOUSLY!), read, binge watch or listen to true crime stories, jam out to classic country music, cook (and try not to fail at) recipes I find on Pinterest, clean my house that is never truly clean (thanks, kids!), and hit up thrift stores.

I teach college English (writing, literature, grammar) part time during the spring and fall semesters.

I started making vinyl crafts in 2016 after the birth of my first son. I mostly got started to make things for him, but I soon found that making things for others brings me great joy! So after getting laid off from the job I had then, I really started to focus on selling things I make. Now, several years later, I run this small business almost full time and have added two more sons and a daughter to the mix. I run the business by myself, have no production partners, and make the items in my home office.

My shop focuses mostly on true crime and classic country items, because those are two of my favorite things. But before starting my Etsy shop, I went to a lot of craft shows, so some of my items are also inventory from those days. I also have a few musical- and literature-related items because those things are also passions of mine.

My items are made using a Silhouette Cameo vinyl cutter, Thermoflex heat transfer vinyl, and a heat press. I prefer to use Bella Canvas shirts but will put your design on whatever kind of shirt you want!

Your item will most likely leave my office within a week, and always within two weeks (it rarely takes this long). If anything keeps me from getting it out sooner than that, you will be notified. Everything is packaged in a secure mailer for shipping.
