4 out of 5 starsDelivery was delayed but this was due to Royal Mail delays over bank holidays. I cannot fault the customer service and support received.

5 out of 5 starsWow! What a discovery! I wasn’t looking for anything in particular but I came across this pair of fabulous cushions and they just couldn’t be ignored or resisted! I asked the Seller, Philip, about buying the two shown in the listing’s picture instead of the single listed and he replied really quickly to confirm that he had two available and would change the listing. I then got distracted by a debit card failure (security freeze) and forgot to return to complete the sale! Having ADHD this isn’t unknown and usually means I miss out but Philip nudged me with a really nice message asking if I still wanted them, so I completed my purchase. I’d have been so disappointed to miss out. And now I’ve actually seen and held one I’m even happier because it’s exquisitely beautiful and great quality! Brilliant product and lovely Seller 💜
