¿Sinceramente? Nunca planeé nada de esto.
Soy mamá. Una noche, sentada en casa con los niños dormidos, intentaba encontrar una plantilla decente para una graduación en internet. No encontré nada que me gustara que no fuera carísimo o simplemente... feo. Así que pensé: ¿sabes qué? Mejor la hago yo misma.
Hice algunos diseños. Los publiqué en Etsy. No le dije nada a nadie. Simplemente los subí y esperé lo mejor.
Esa primera venta fue algo especial. Recuerdo quedarme mirando el móvil pensando: «¿En serio alguien compró esto? ¿Alguien eligió mi diseño?». Estaba tan contenta que no pude dormir esa noche.
Al principio no fue fácil. Hubo semanas en las que no avancé nada. Aun así, seguí creando plantillas, trabajando hasta altas horas de la noche después de terminar con todo en casa. Sin estudio. Sin equipo. Solo yo, mi portátil y mucho Canva.
Y poco a poco fue creciendo. Luego creció de verdad.
Casi 195.000 pedidos después, a veces todavía no me lo creo. Gente de todo el mundo usa mis diseños para sus graduaciones, cumpleaños, homenajes... los momentos más importantes de sus familias. Eso significa muchísimo para mí.
Sigo creando cada plantilla del mismo modo que la primera. Con esmero. Pensando en la persona que la va a usar.
Si yo puedo hacer esto, créeme, todo es posible.
Honestly? I never planned any of this.
I'm a mom. I was just sitting at home one night, kids asleep, trying to find a decent graduation template online. Couldn't find anything I actually liked that wasn't overpriced or just... ugly. So I thought — you know what, let me just make it myself.
I made a few designs. Put them on Etsy. Didn't tell anyone. Just uploaded and hoped for the best.
That first sale hit different. I remember just staring at my phone like — wait, someone actually bought this? Someone picked my design? I was so happy I couldn't sleep that night.
It wasn't easy at first. There were weeks where nothing moved. I kept making templates anyway, late nights after everything at home was done. No studio. No team. Just me, my laptop, and a lot of Canva.
And slowly it grew. Then it really grew.
Nearly 195,000 orders later I still can't believe it sometimes. People all over the world are using my designs for their graduations, their birthdays, their memorials — the big moments in their families. That means everything to me.
I still make every single template the same way I made the first one. With care. Thinking about the person who's going to use it.
If I can do this — trust me, anything is possible.
