Nach dem Kauf werden deine Dateien direkt in deinem Etsy-Konto im Download-Bereich bereitgestellt:

⚠️ Wichtig: Es gibt keine separate E-Mail von uns mit den Dateien. Etsy verschickt die Bestellbestätigung, aber die Dateien liegen ausschließlich im Download-Bereich.
Ich habe als Gast (ohne Etsy-Konto) gekauft – wie komme ich an meine Dateien?
Wenn du ohne Etsy-Konto bestellt hast, sendet Etsy dir den Download-Link an die bei PayPal/Apple Pay hinterlegte E-Mail-Adresse.
➡️ Falls das nicht funktioniert, muss der Etsy-Support kontaktiert werden, da wir keinen Zugriff auf Gastbestellungen oder deine Kontodaten haben.

Nein 🙂 Etsy stellt die eigentlichen Dateien nicht per E-Mail, sondern ausschließlich in deinem Download-Bereich bereit.
Das in der E-Mail verlinkte PDF ist oft nur eine Anleitung oder Zusatzdatei.
