Custom and personalized orders
How should I enter my initials?
Enter your initials as you want them to appear on your item. Typically, Monograms would be the first name, LAST, middle name in that order. Please make sure that you've entered your details correctly and double check them for me. I will be unable to give any refunds for initials that are entered incorrectly.
How will my items be shipped?
All my packages are sent through the United States Postal Service. Once your item ships, you will receive a tracking number vial email.
What if I forget to leave personalization information on my order?
If I am not given all the information I need to monogram when the item is purchased, I will try to reach out to you though an Etsy message. However, this will result in a delay in the processing of your order! If initials or name are given, but no thread or monogram/font style is given, I will make your item as pictured in the listing OR I will pick a color/font that I think looks great.
