Will my item arrive clean?
Taking your loved vintage pieces to a trusted dry cleaner is always recommended, and necessary with the following fabrics / textiles:
silk
rayon
coats
wool
velvet
faille
fur & faux fur
anything heavily-beaded or sequined
leather & suede
* (look at investing in a leather cleaning kit - it will save you money in the long run)

We generally do not clean jewelry, as many buyers prefer the look of patina, but we will happily do so upon request before we ship.
How do you rate your items?
As a general rule, we do not sell anything we wouldn't wear ourselves. So we never carry anything with major flaws unless it's being sold as a collector's item, and this would be disclosed in the description.
*CONDITION CHART*
Near Mint - The vintage piece shows only the slightest signs of being worn.
Excellent - The piece shows typical, although minor, signs of wear.
Very Good - The vintage piece is considered wearable but has some surface flaws i.e. staining, soiling, pinholes or color damage.
Poor - The item is wearable but shows significant signs of wear, although in many cases, some of these pieces can be restored.
Do you accept returns?
Although most sales are considered final, returns are accepted on a case by case basis, and only if there is a significant error in the listing. Care is taken to provide accurate measurements and photos on every garment.
As a rule, we do not sell anything we wouldn't wear ourselves. Vintage items may show signs of wear, patina...character. So, please don't expect perfection. You CAN rest assured that you won't receive anything w/ ridiculous holes, stains, or super stinky (ew!) However, if something escapes our inspection, please contact us and we will happily address any concerns, as it is our fervent wish that you love your garment as much as we do!

Is layaway available?
Layaway is available on a case by case basis, usually limited to higher priced items with a down payment of 25% with 30-day terms. Please send us a convo to inquire.
