First hat was damaged in shipping but seller was very fast to respond and send another

Hat was packaged lightly and as a result appears to have been damaged in transit from a crushed box. Front and sides have broken straws - currently talking with seller about options - will update if they can remedy this situation. The hat is beautiful despite the damages. Update - within minutes of contacting seller - they have offered to make this right and send me a new hat!!!! Great customer service with a great looking product!

Not sure who taped up the box but I received it with the box open basically. But the hat was still inside and undamaged so that’s all that matters! Very fast shipping, great quality! A++

I’m a person with a face too small for most adult masks, but too large for most children’s masks. I took a chance buying these and was pleasantly surprised with the fit. Breathable and comfortable with good quality filter (3 layer mask). Only fault is ear loop was attached slightly lower on one side. Barely noticeable and does not affect fit. 10/10 for these super cute custom masks 💙⚾️
