Frequently asked questions
Digital items
All products are digital PDF downloads. No physical item will be shipped. After your payment clears, you'll get a download link from Etsy right away — print at home or take the file to any print shop. Files are US Letter size.
Payment
Payment is due at checkout through Etsy's secure checkout.
Refunds
Because these are instant digital downloads, I can't offer refunds once the file is downloaded. But if a file is corrupted, won't open, or a page printed wrong, message me and I'll make it right — replacement file or a fix, no hassle.
Questions
Message me anytime through Etsy conversations. I answer personally.
