Soy Scarlet, diseñadora y creadora de productos, residente en Perth, Australia Occidental. Presto atención a los problemas recurrentes: la misma confusión, pasos adicionales o trabajos sin terminar, una y otra vez. Analizo la causa de la dificultad y creo una solución.
El problema determina qué se fabrica. El objetivo siempre es un producto útil que ayude a alguien a lograr lo que se propuso.
La primera colección surgió del trabajo en proyectos para clientes. Aborda solicitudes adicionales, comentarios dispersos, acuerdos poco claros, archivos de proyecto y la revisión del trabajo antes de enviarlo. Los kits digitales incluyen guías, ejemplos prácticos y páginas de trabajo para que puedas resolver cualquier situación.
Ese es el punto de partida de Fixed That. Hay muchas otras cosas que no deberían ser tan difíciles.

That question is where Fixed That begins.
I’m Scarlet, a designer and product maker based in Perth, Western Australia. I pay attention to the problems people keep working around: the same confusion, extra steps or unfinished job, over and over. Then I look at what’s causing the difficulty and make something that helps.
The problem determines what gets made. The aim is always a useful product that helps someone do what they came to do.
The first collection grew out of client project work. It tackles extra requests, scattered feedback, unclear agreements, project files and checking work before you send it. The digital kits bring together guidance, worked examples and working pages so you can work through the situation in front of you.
That’s the starting point for Fixed That. There are plenty more things that shouldn’t be this difficult.
