Are your ads originals or reproductions?

All our ads are ORIGINALS as stated and WE MAKE NO CLAIMS TO THE PUBLISHING RIGHTS OR COPYRIGHTS OF THESE ORIGINAL, USED MAGAZINE ADS. AS SUCH, THESE MAGAZINE ADS ARE SOLD AS "ORIGINAL, VINTAGE MAGAZINE ADS" UNDER THE FAIR USE / FIRST SALE DOCTRINE AS DEFINED UNDER UNITED STATES LAW."
Our ads are original vintage advertisements removed from period publications. they are not an official product of the manufacturer."
However, we also offer a line of reproduction vintage poster prints which are listed in their own categories on Etsy. We will never reproduce ads with current product trademarks and copyrights as this is illegal and a violation of trademark and intellectual property laws.

What happens if a shipment is delayed or damaged after it has been shipped?

Once an item has left our facility it becomes the full responsibility of the USPS – we ship all items via USPS Ground Select or Priority Mail and both are fully insured. If you should have a problem with a shipment, contact your delivering post office first and if you need guidance feel free to contact us and we can help you with the claim process with the USPS.

Do you accept returns?

We have a firm no return policy. Active buyer scams on Etsy are the reason. However, if you do have a legitimate concern we will be happy to see if we can assist.
• “Not Delivered” but the USPS tracking scans show as delivered. Buyer wants immediate refund, refuses to contact their local post office for help.
• “Damaged,” but buyer refuses to provide visual proof. Demands immediate refund but “they will keep the item anyway.”
• Buyer claims they expected something different than item sent, even though item description is crystal clear. Wants immediate refund but will “keep the item anyway.” Buyers also scan paper items & request an immediate return & refund after they have copied the item.
