Verzendbericht voor Australië 🇦🇺

Vanwege de strenge bioveiligheidsvoorschriften in Australië kan ik op dit moment helaas geen plantmateriaal naar Australië verzenden. Aangezien ik deze specifieke aanbiedingen niet kan uitsluiten van aankoop, ben ik genoodzaakt de bestellingen te annuleren en het aankoopbedrag terug te storten.

Voor schelpproducten dient u de lokale importregels te controleren voordat u een bestelling plaatst, aangezien bepaalde schelpsoorten mogelijk aan beperkingen onderhevig zijn. Ik verpak schelpen altijd zorgvuldig, zorg ervoor dat ze schoon zijn en label alle inhoud duidelijk om de douaneafhandeling te vergemakkelijken. Het is echter de verantwoordelijkheid van de koper om te controleren wat wel en niet is toegestaan.

BELANGRIJKE WINKELUPDATE - ALLEEN VOOR EU-LANDEN (EUROPESE UNIE)

Met ingang van 13 december 2024 moet ik u helaas mededelen dat mijn winkel niet langer aan klanten in de EU, inclusief Noord-Ierland, mag verkopen. Deze wijziging is het gevolg van de nieuwe GPRS-regelgeving die rechtstreeks van invloed is op mijn bedrijfsactiviteiten.

Helaas moeten alle bestellingen uit deze regio's worden geannuleerd. Ik bied mijn oprechte excuses aan mijn fantastische klanten in de Europese Unie voor dit ongemak en waardeer uw begrip enorm.

Ik hoop in de toekomst de verzending naar deze landen te kunnen hervatten, mits de omstandigheden dit toelaten.

Houd er rekening mee dat niet-EU-landen in Europa en andere landen wereldwijd hierdoor niet worden getroffen.

Due to Australia’s strict biosecurity regulations, I’m unfortunately unable to ship any plant materials to Australia at this time. Since I cannot exclude these listings specifically from being purchased, I will need to cancel and refund these orders.

For shell items, please ensure you check your local import rules before placing an order, as certain shell types may be restricted. I always package shells carefully, ensure they are cleaned, and label all contents clearly to help with customs processing—but it is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm what is permitted.

IMPORTANT SHOP UPDATE - EU (EUROPEAN UNION ONLY) COUNTRIES

Effective 13th December 2024, I regret to inform you that my shop can no longer sell to customers in the EU, including Northern Ireland. This change is due to the new GPRS regulations directly impacting my business operations.

Unfortunately, any orders from these regions will need to be cancelled. I deeply apologise to my wonderful European Union customers for this inconvenience and sincerely appreciate your understanding.

I hope to resume shipping to these countries in the future, should circumstances allow.
