All physical copies submitted and information cards are shredded after they are scanned for use. Files are stored securely with password protected access for future use or file reprints - files can be deleted upon request. Fingerprints are not used commonly for sensitive financial or personal use so it is unlikely that someone will try to use your fingerprints in any negative way. If you are not comfortable using your own fingerprints, you can instead choose to use the prints shown in the sample photo.
