From very ordinary person, to crochet babe :)
I love to crochet! Not just because it's fun and relaxing, but it unexpectedly changed my life. So this is my passion and my everything!
I mostly draw inspiration from life, so I make things that I need - in a practical sense - with the aesthetic I like. And every-time I feel proud of something I made, I do my best to put it into a crochet pattern.
The thing I like most about pattern writing, is that I can write a pattern that is both visual and thorough. As someone who was barely average at school, I always wanted things to be more practical and visual - but they weren't, and I struggled - so in a way I try to revenge myself every-time I write a pattern haha.
The thing that blows my mind the most about Freaky For Yarn, is to see someone make a piece out of one of my patterns... and we can basically be twinning from anywhere in the world..... I don't know, I know we live in a globalized world, but isn't that still very cool!? If you haven't noticed by now, I am a millennial :)
I have a very fond love for our crafts community, because my experience has been so welcoming and kind, which has brought a lot of peace and calm into my life. I do my best to contribute in the same manner, with the intention that we will keep growing as a supportive, inclusive, kind and simply **nice** community! <3 (this is how we use to send love hearts on our Nokia 3310 haha :))
