We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, since we offer custom Print-on-Demand (POD) artwork, our return and refund policy has some specific guidelines.

Returns
- Due to the custom nature of POD items, we generally do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective

Full Refunds Will Be Issued If:

- Item arrives damaged or defective
- Order was never received (after investigation with shipping carrier)
- Wrong item was shipped

Partial Refunds May Be Issued If:

- Color variations exceed reasonable POD printing variations
- Print quality issues are present but item is still usable
- Significant delivery delays occur due to our error

Non-Refundable Situations:

- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing (please check size charts carefully before ordering)
- Color variations within normal POD printing parameters
- Orders cancelled after production has begun

1. Contact us through Etsy Messages within 14 days of delivery
2. Include order number and clear photos of any issues
3. Await confirmation and further instructions
4. Ship item back (if requested) with tracking number
5. Refund will be processed within 3-5 business days of return receipt

Order Cancellation

- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours of purchase
- Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled once approved

Cancellation Process

- Submit cancellation request through Etsy Messages
- Include order number and reason for cancellation
- Wait for confirmation (usually within 24 hours)

Automatic Cancellation Situations

- Payment issues not resolved within 48 hours
- Shipping address cannot be verified
- Order violates our shop policies

In rare cases, certain combinations of print size and destination country may incur unexpectedly high shipping costs. While we do our best to absorb these costs, the seller reserves the right to cancel and refund orders where shipping fees become abnormally high due to unforeseen logistical circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and will contact you promptly if such a situation arises.

Processing Times

- Standard processing time: 3-5 business days. Please refer to listings for shipping times.
- Rush orders are not available for POD items
- Production begins within 6 hours of order

Customer Service

- Response time: Within 36 hours (I am Australia based so allow for time-zone differences)
- Business hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST
- Messages received outside business hours will be answered the next business day
