Fyscale: Einfache Finanztools für kleine Unternehmen
Fyscale: simple money tools for small businesses
Was müssen Unternehmen tatsächlich sehen?

WAS UNS WICHTIG IST

Fyscale makes money tools that scale with you.
We started Fyscale after seeing too many small business owners run their
numbers on scraps of paper, in a notes app, or in their head. We understand why.
Accounting software is expensive and built for accountants. Spreadsheets are
flexible, but nobody teaches you how to build one properly.
So we built them instead.
Every Fyscale template starts with the same question: what does a real small
business actually need to see? Then we build only that - clearly labelled,
in plain English, with the calculations already done for you.
HOW WE BUILD
We decide what each template needs to show, then build it with the help of AI
tools for drafting and formula work. Every file opens in both Microsoft Excel and
Google Sheets. Every tab is tested with example data, and every formula is
recalculated and checked before it goes into the shop. If a number does not
update itself, it does not ship.
Every product includes a Start Here tab, a Quick-Start Guide PDF and a short
video tutorial, because a template is only useful if you can actually start
using it.
WHAT WE CARE ABOUT
- Clarity over cleverness. If a label needs explaining, we rewrite the label.
- No subscriptions. You pay once and keep the template.
- Support that actually replies. Message us and you get a real answer within
24 hours, usually much faster.
- Free updates. When we improve a template, you get the new version at no cost.
Fyscale is a small studio based in Jakarta, Indonesia, and we review and stand
behind every template in this shop. We are a small business too, which is
exactly why we build tools that respect your time and your budget.
Thank you for reading this far. Browse the shop, and if you are not sure which
template fits your business, send us a message - we are happy to point you in
the right direction.
