When I asked a few questions, he replied very quickly and even sent me additional photos where he carefully measured the red stone so I could see the exact size. Shipping was exactly as described with a tracking number, and everything arrived safely and very well packaged. The red stone is beautiful and exactly what I hoped for, and I was also pleasantly surprised to receive the white stone as a gift, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
