Being a Grown Up really is rubbish.....
Ma non deve esserlo per forza. Sono Claire, proprietaria di Go Figure Crafts e ho paura di dire che sono diventata adulta, ma sono abbastanza sicura di non essere ancora cresciuta. Ho tre bambini fantastici e in casa non c'è niente che ci piaccia di più dei lavoretti, dei cartoni animati e della follia in generale. Ho sempre pensato che se riesco a pensare una cosa, posso farla, e questo, unito al nostro amore per tutto ciò che è luminoso, audace e decisamente unico, crea una combinazione deliziosamente pericolosa. Mi piacerebbe dire che Go Figure Crafts è stata un'idea mia, ma quello che è successo in realtà è che la mia figlia maggiore mi ha portato una minifigure di Janice dei Muppet e mi ha detto "Mamma, puoi trasformarla in una collana così posso mostrarla ai miei amici?". Dopo averci pensato un po', ero molto soddisfatta del risultato. Così contenta che ho pensato di farmi degli orecchini, Capitan America e Peggy Carter, ovviamente! Poi di nuovo la mia figlia maggiore "Mamma, dovresti venderli su Internet". Beh, perché no, mio piccolo orsetto, il risultato finale è quello che vedi davanti a te. Grazie per la visita.
But it doesn't have to be. I'm Claire owner of Go Figure Crafts and I'm afraid to say that I am a grown up but I'm pretty sure that I haven't actually grown up yet. I have three fabulous children and in our house we love nothing more than crafts, cartoons and all round craziness. I have always ran with the idea that if I can think it I can make it, this combined with our love of all things bright, bold and down right unique makes for a delightfully dangerous combination. I would love to say Go Figure Crafts was my idea, but what actually happened was my eldest daughter brought me a minifigure of Janice from the Muppets and said 'Mummy can you turn this into a necklace so I can show my friends'. A little thinking later and I was well chuffed with the result. So pleased I thought I might make myself some earrings, Captain America and Peggy Carter of course! Then my eldest daughter again 'Mummy, you should sell these on the Internet'. Well why not my little Baby Bear, the end result is what you see before you. Thank you for visiting.
