Good Threads grundades av David Palmer och hans bröder. David är också grundare av Joan Rose Foundation (JRF), en ideell organisation som utvecklats för att förbättra livet för fattiga haitiska barn och deras familjer. Good Threads och JRF arbetar tillsammans för att hjälpa den haitiska befolkningen.

Good Threads har för närvarande nästan 150 anställda i Haiti.

JRF öppnade sina dörrar med 43 barn i oktober 2010. Vi har nu över 75 barn och förser dem med måltider, utbildning, kläder, medicinsk behandling vid behov, aktiviteter utformade för att främja emotionell tillväxt och utveckling, och naturligtvis kärlek och stöd.

Good Threads skapades 2012 för att ge jobb och stabilitet åt mödrarna till barnen på JRF. Vi förser våra kvinnor med tråd, nål och duk och de syr våra produkter hemma medan de tar hand om sitt hushåll och ser till sina barn.

För varje sålt bälte donerar Good Threads två veckors måltider till barn på Joan Rose Foundation.

Good Threads offers custom and in-stock needlepoint belts with your favorite images or designs embroidered on it. You can order our belts online for your personalized needlepoint belt, or order through our Etsy site for the in-stock needlepoint belts.

Good Threads was founded by David Palmer and his brothers. The JRF opened its doors with 43 children in October of 2010. We now have over 75 children and provide them with meals, education, clothing, medical treatment as needed, activities designed to promote emotional growth and development, and of course, love and support.

Good Threads was created in 2012 to provide jobs and stability for the mothers of the children at the JRF. We provide our women with the thread, needle and canvas and they stitch our products at home while they take care of their household and watch their children.

For every belt sold Good Threads donates 2 weeks of meals to children at the Joan Rose Foundation.
