1 out of 5 starsThe mug is cute, but it came late and I had to order something else to subsititute for it. Which actually turned out to be way better. When I requested a refund, even before it arrived because it took them took long to actually ship it, I was just told hopefully it arrives in time. Once it arrived after the suggested date given when I placed the order, I was told sorry no refunds on custom orders. But there was NOTHING custom about the order. I don't have any pets so I just lost money. I would not order from this shop again. Other shops are more accommodating and shipped things in a timely manner.
