星 5 個のうち 5 個The door is beautiful and looks just like the sample photos, and was customized to the size I needed. The shipping took longer than expected (about 2 months) and an additional $150 customs fee tacked on by FedEx, just a heads up to others. Overall very happy with how it turned out!

The owner of this company contacted me and explained the complications of shipping. These large doors is communication was excellent as it has been in the past, I can’t wait to receive these doors and I understand their workmanship is spectacular. Once I receive the doors. I will give a complete review of these items.

Shipping took longer than expected, but I did order around the holiday season which may have attributed to delays. The customer service team was proactive in making sure I was satisfied, and that the order, service, and door met the quality and standard of their company.

星 5 個のうち 4 個Update. The seller is making things work for me. The door wood its self is high quality but it does not look like the photo. It’s very very peach orange color! This will not go with anything in our home. It also took 5 months to receive and the delivery person wasn’t able to carry it to our door which was 10 feet away.

Thank you for your feedback, but I’d like to kindly clarify a few points. Your door was delivered exactly within the promised timeframe — about one month from your order date — and we have full shipping and delivery records confirming that. Before shipping, I also sent you detailed photos of your finished door for your approval, including the wood tone, which you confirmed before it was packed and dispatched. The wood color you received is exactly as shown and described, made from the same high-quality timber we use for all our handcrafted doors. I truly appreciate your understanding and hope this clears up any confusion.
