Hi! Thank you for your review. I apologize for this experience; it is not at all what we expect it to be. I understand how frustrating this is; however, the description on the products indicates that the markers are not included and the bottle is a 14 oz size- which will perfectly fit in a backpack's side pockets. I just sent you a private message asking you if you could please double check if this is in fact the size you received? In this case, the only thing I can do, is to rule out any mistake made from our distribution center that differs from the product description. Thank you for your review, all feedback is important to me and I'm sorry to hear you’ve had such a frustrating experience. As you can hopefully see from our other reviews, your situation is the exception and not usual. I would like to clarify that your item was sent and on time. The USPS service letter that you provided states that your package was lost in the mail. Regardless, I offered you a replacement or a refund and informed you that the item was out of stock with no ETA. Also, I asked you to please re-confirm your address to avoid mishaps. 12 days later you responded confirming the address but added missing info (which explains the first item mishap). The item still out of stock and had no ETA, thus I refunded the full amount.
