They were responsive and offered a full remake at no extra cost (I got to keep the original). The replacement arrived after ~2 weeks and matches my reference jacket perfectly. Communication was clear throughout. Highly recommend if you provide exact flat measurements of a jacket you like.

Customer service message me right after I ordered to see if any changes needed made they Custom my arm length and pockets bigger just like I needed.. I live in Ohio and its perfect. Shipping fast and the process was fast to. They keep us in contact of what was going on :). The item matched perfect as described. Met all my expectations

I wish they would ship it in a way that it didn't come in a crinkly ball, but overall I would definitely buy from them again.

How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart. We recommend checking your body measurements and comparing them before ordering.
If you’re unsure about your size, you can ask a nearby tailor to take your measurements or measure yourself at home.
Please share these details: shoulder to shoulder, chest, waist, biceps, sleeve length, jacket length, and hips (all around the body).
Make sure your measurements are accurate — if you send custom sizes, we’ll craft your jacket exactly according to those measurements.
What is your production time for custom jackets?
Each jacket is handmade to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before shipping.
Do you offer custom designs or color options?
Yes! If you have a specific design or color in mind, we can customize your jacket. Send us your idea or reference photo, and we’ll discuss the options.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition. Custom-made jackets are not eligible for return unless there’s a manufacturing defect.
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping cost. All returns must be shipped using the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) method, ensuring that all duties and taxes are covered by the customer. Any returns sent without DDP may be refused.

Can I request changes after placing my order?
Yes, you can request changes within a limited time after placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible to update your design, size, or color preferences.
