Incorrect Size/Color/Design/Product or Quality Concerns
If I made a mistake, I will be happy to work with you to make it right! Please send photos of the item that includes the area of concern as well as a photo of the front print of the shirt that shows the design as well as the size label in one frame and I will take it from there. Please contact me to report any issues within 14 days of placing the order. If the issue is not reported within 14 days of ordering, I do not offer refunds or replacements.
Delivered to Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Shipping/Delivery Concerns
If you have any questions or concerns regarding your delivery, please reach out to me. I will be more than happy to help you track your package, or in certain cases send you a replacement. Please contact me to report any non-delivered orders within 30 days of placing the order. If a non-delivered order exceeds 30 days, I do not offer refunds or replacements. Please note that while I do my best to get your order to you as soon as possible, I do not guarantee delivery dates, as all delivery dates are estimated.
Include Gift Message with Order
Since I ship directly from my production partner I'm unable to send a physical gift card message with your order. However, I'd be happy to provide a nicely designed digital note free of charge that you may email to your gift recipient. Please message me if you would like this option with your order and I'd be happy to provide this for you!
