Yes! Most of our products can be personalized with names, dates, photos, or special messages. Just include your details in the personalization box or send us a message after ordering.
Can I see a preview before you make my order?
Absolutely! We send a design preview for approval before production so you can make sure everything looks perfect.
Can I change my address after placing an order?
Address changes can be made up to two hours after placing your order.
How do I send my photo for a custom order?
You can upload your photo directly when ordering, or send it through Etsy Messages after purchase.
How long will it take to make and ship my order?
Our processing time is usually 2 to 5 days, plus shipping time. We do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our items are custom-made, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s an issue with your order.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please send us pictures within 48 hours and we’ll send a replacement or work out a solution.
