If you need to place an order of the same card design just let me know the item and how many.

I only use 80lb and 100lb cover stock paper. It is a very strong paper to use for jewelry. 100lb is the thickest card stock I carry.
I have been using this weight of paper for over 20 years with no issues.
♦Black paper CANNOT be printed on. It's for blank cards only.
♦Birch is lightly speckled for a more natural looking paper and very popular
to use because it won't compete with the colors in the jewelry.
♦Kraft is great for natural looking jewelry and perfect with just black ink.
♦White Linen is a smooth paper with a look and feel of elegance
with any jewelry style.
♦River Rock is a great color for neutral jewelry. It is a mix of tan and grey. Very pretty.

I request to have your font choice listed on the order to avoid any delays in getting the mock up done. Fonts are listed in the images in the listings. Logos can be uploaded in the messages. PNG, PDF and high quality JPEG files only. There is a 20% NON-refundable charge ( re-stocking fee of sorts) for all custom orders that were cancelled after I sent the proof to approve. The charge is for the work and time involved in taking the time to make the custom design for you.

Orders are done on a first come first serve basis. I may have 1 customer ahead of yours or their may be 10. If you have the item customized and I send you the mock up to review, after a few attempts to get the approval on the design/text layout, AND I DO NOT HEAR BACK FROM YOU, I will either cancel the order with a 20% reduction for work already done, OR extend the ship out time to help you. I understand emergencies come up. By not responding to the multiple messages I have sent, you are taking time away from other customers, and that's not fair to them. Please read the item description before ordering. Thanks! : )
Reorders will NOT have the mock up done.

Shipping is done after I receive the approval from the mock up. Sometimes the same day as the approval. The longer it takes for you to approve the mock up the longer it takes before I can ship out. NEW custom orders will not be shipped out without the approval.
I do not have control of the shipping times for the post office. Once I drop off the package it is out of my hands. The customer is responsible for tracking their own package. You can track your order in your purchase receipt. If there is an issue with the package you will have to contact your local post office. If I look it up myself I only see what you see. Holidays and bad weather will always delay a package. Please be patient. : )

** Returns/refunds are not available for any custom order. Please review your mock up carefully for any spelling errors, hole placement etc. Once you approve the design it is finalized. Customer is responsible for card stock weight, card stock color, and quantity as per their order. Please check your cart BEFORE you place the order to make sure it is correct.
I do not remember what color or weight you purchased before so please check your paperwork or look up your receipt to make sure it is correct. If you have any questions I am here to help : )
