How long will my order take to ship?

Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days. UK shipping usually takes 2–5 business days, while international shipping can take 7–21 business days depending on your location.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may have started, so I may not be able to make changes.

Are your products handmade?

All 3D printed items are made using a high-quality machine, but we manually inspect and finish each piece to ensure quality. Polymer clay products items are fully handmade by me.

What materials do you use?

3D printed items use PLA (eco-friendly, non-toxic) unless otherwise stated. Some parts may include metal screws or fittings for durability. Polymer clay products use hand-selected clay and other craft materials.

Will polymer clay stick to my tools?

Our cutters and rollers are designed with smooth surfaces to reduce sticking. For extra ease, you can lightly dust your clay with cornstarch or use a silicone mat.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it with a photo of the damage. We’ll offer a replacement or refund.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

We accept returns for unused items within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage.

How do I care for my 3D printed tools and polymer clay products?

Avoid exposing 3D printed items to high heat or harsh chemicals; clean with a damp cloth only. Polymer clay products should be kept dry and handled gently to prevent damage.

Will I need to pay customs or import fees on US orders?

No. All US orders are shipped using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping. This means any applicable duties and import taxes are paid in advance, and there are no additional fees to pay on delivery.
