Ciao, mi chiamo Yang Ting e sono un designer cinese. Sono impegnato nelle vendite su Etsy da oltre 5 anni e ho realizzato più di 24000 vendite. Ci sono molte cose memorabili in questo processo, tra cui successo, fallimento, tristezza e gioia: scarsa qualità del prodotto, quantità di prodotto errata, imballaggio danneggiato, processo di personalizzazione errato, scarso effetto del processo di personalizzazione, selezione errata del metodo logistico, lenta efficienza logistica. Ho commesso troppi errori qui!
Ma il mio progresso è iniziato quando ho capito di aver commesso un errore. Dopo ogni errore, rifletto sul perché l'ho fatto, riassumo come evitare di commetterlo di nuovo e faccio un piano su come fare meglio in futuro! La qualità del mio prodotto sta migliorando sempre di più, l'efficienza logistica sta diventando sempre più rapida e ci sono sempre più processi personalizzati. Anche la comunicazione con gli acquirenti sta diventando più fluida: simile a una cliente britannica che ha recentemente acquistato una borsa da regalare alla sua amica in Irlanda. Il trifoglio è il fiore nazionale dell'Irlanda, ma nel mio negozio non c'è nessun disegno di trifoglio. Quindi mi ha inviato diverse foto del trifoglio e io ho disegnato un'immagine del trifoglio in base alle foto che mi ha fornito e l'ho stampata sul portagioielli. Dopo aver ricevuto il portagioielli, è rimasta molto soddisfatta. Ho iniziato molto presto completando questo ordine, non perché ci guadagnassi, ma perché i miei sforzi hanno portato felicità ai miei clienti. Attraverso questa esperienza, ho anche imparato che il significato del trifoglio è fortuna.
Da quando ho iniziato a usare solo l'incisione laser, ora posso realizzare molti lavori artigianali personalizzati: incisione leggera, intaglio del legno e del bambù, intaglio della pelle, stampa UV, stampa a caldo, stampa, ricamo e così via.

The clover flower is the national flower of Ireland, but there is no clover design in my store. So she sent me several pictures of the clover flower, and I designed a picture of the clover flower based on the pictures she provided and printed it on the jewelry box. After she received the jewelry box, she was very satisfied. I started very early by completing this order, not because I made money from it, but because my efforts brought happiness to my customers. Through this experience, I also learned that the meaning of clover is luck.
From the beginning when I could only use laser engraving, now I can provide many customized crafts: light engraving, wood, bamboo carving, leather carving, UV printing, hot stamping, printing, embroidery, and so on.
