5 de 5 estrellasNo estaba seguro de si realmente lo usaría, pero ha sido perfecto. Las páginas son sencillas: simplemente anoto mis levantamientos y repeticiones, y es mucho más fácil ver dónde estoy mejorando. Incluso he empezado a esforzarme por batir mis récords personales porque puedo ver lo que hice la semana pasada. Nada del otro mundo, simplemente cumple su función y me mantiene constante.
