l'aiguille de punch needle est de très grande qualité, j'étais vraiment agréablement surprise. La communication avec Mirna est fluide et efficace, comme j'aime. merci beaucoup, belle expérience.

I am updating my order after receiving and using the frame. The concept on the frame is great - adjustable with storage underneath. The gripper tape is not very strong, more like velcro, and the frame uses small nails in addition to the gripper tape to help a secure your fabric. My monks cloth pulled and stretched on these little nails. Also, buyers beware when you order items from out of the country - I know this is on me, as I should have done my due diligence and clicked on that asterisk - but I paid another $25 for FedEx fees - a quarter of the price - for a item that I am not really happy with. I am sorry this didn't work for me, as I really liked the item when I ordered it. The seller's customer service was very good - responded to an issue with shipping quickly.

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify that the listing clearly states that the frame does not use traditional gripper strips, and the description and photos show the velcro and nails tape and small brass nails used to secure the fabric. Regarding the FedEx fee, import taxes and carrier fees are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges. We’ve shipped higher-value orders to the US without additional fees, so we cannot predict or guarantee whether a shipment will be charged. We appreciate your kind words about our customer service.
