After payment is confirmed, download from Etsy.com in a computer or mobile browser. With an Etsy account, go to Your account > Purchases > Download Files. Digital downloads are not available in the Etsy app.

If you checked out as a guest, use the download link in your Etsy receipt email.

The files vary by product and may include Microsoft Excel workbooks (.xlsx), editable PowerPoint files (.pptx), PDFs and images. Use the software stated in the listing. Google Sheets or Canva import is supported only where explicitly described; importing a PowerPoint file into Canva is different from receiving a direct Canva template link. Check the required software before purchasing.

Editability varies by product. Excel workbooks and editable PowerPoint or Word templates allow the changes described in the listing. Printable PDFs and PNG/JPG images have fixed layouts unless the listing explicitly states otherwise. A fillable PDF lets you complete its fields; it does not necessarily let you change the wording or design. For the Nail Tech Policy Bundle, policy text and layout are fixed and only the provided blank fields are completed by hand. Check the listing's FORMAT and SOFTWARE sections before buying.

For instant digital downloads, cancellations, returns and exchanges are not accepted once download or access has begun. For EU/EEA consumers, loss of the right of withdrawal requires prior express consent to immediate access and acknowledgement of that loss. Mandatory rights for defective, unavailable or materially misdescribed files remain unaffected. Please read our Terms & Conditions and Right of Withdrawal, and contact me through Etsy Messages if there is a problem.

You may use the files for the business use permitted by the licence included with your product. You may import them into the compatible software specified in the listing for that use. Reselling, sublicensing, publicly sharing or redistributing the editable source files is not permitted. Client work is allowed only if the included licence explicitly covers it.

Start with the task you need: client records, inventory, job tracking or social content. Use the shop sections and compare WHAT YOU RECEIVE and SOFTWARE in each listing. Choose a single product for one task. The Barber Marketing Bundle includes the five packs listed in its description; if you buy it, you do not need those same individual packs. Excel trackers, editable PowerPoint posts and printable PDF worksheets are different formats, so choose the one that fits how you plan to use it. If you are unsure, message me with your task and software before buying.
