Do I have to have the EXACT wording in the sample photos?
No! You can have whatever you'd like :D You're not limited to certain titles... you can choose names/slogans/hashtags/anything you'd like!
Help! LuckTen shipped my item on time, but the postal service is experiencing delays and I'm afraid I will miss my deadline! Aaaaaaah!
Oh no! Sometimes as buyers and sellers, we are bound to experience delays during transit. While these occasions are rare, they are frustrating nonetheless! While LuckTen cannot offer refunds on personalized items that were shipped on schedule, we can do everything possible to be on your team and help locate your package. Please reach out to us and let us help advocate on your side to locate your package and help get it in your hands as quickly as possible. Please remember that it is always safest to order ahead of time, that way you will still have your package in plenty of time if there are delays in transit. While LuckTen wishes we had control over the shipping process, it is unfortunately out of our hands once it's been shipped.
I would like to request a proof/mock-up.
We are happy to provide proofs upon request. Please do note that requesting a proof will many times disrupt the listed turnaround time. When we reach your order and would normally put it into production, we halt production on your item so that we can send you photos and then wait for approval. While we wait, the rest of the subsequent orders have entered production. If you are on a tight timeline, it is good to keep this in mind. If you are unsure of spelling or exactly what you’re wanting printed, it is recommended to order ahead so that you have time to review your proof without putting yourself in a bind with your receiving timeline.
Messaging Etiquette
To help streamline processes, please know that we have dedicated times Monday-Friday throughout the day that we respond to messages. This way we ensure that there is also plenty of time in the workday to fulfill your order :) We ask to please allow 24 hours for responses, though it is typically much sooner. We have reserved Saturdays and Sundays for spending time with our children, so if a message comes during that time it will typically be during the work week when we are able to respond.
How do I let you know when I need my item?
If you are on a tight timeline, please let us know the day you ACTUALLY need your order. If you tell us that you need your order on/by the 17th, then that is the date we will mark down. However, if you’re leaving for your event at 7am on the 17th then obviously that will not work (unless your mailman is a super morning bird lol). So if that’s the case, please let us know you need your package on the SIXTEENTH. We only have as much information as you give us, and we want to make sure you have your goodies in time to actually use them!
What do business days mean?
If your item is due to ship within 5 business days, that means Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Weekends and holidays are not included in business days. If you are on a tight timeline, please let us know upon ordering so that we can adjust your shipping date.
What size do the fanny packs extend to?
The fanny packs extend to between 42" to 47.5" depending on the style. For specific information regarding the color or style you are interested in, please feel free to message.
Can my order arrive by a certain date?
Many times that is no problem! Please communicate your date and location when asking. If you are on a tight timeline, it is helpful to ask before placing the order. It’s also crucial to mention if you are not shipping within the US. While it’s easier to speculate approximate delivery dates within the US, it’s more difficult to do with international shipping. We also are not in control of postal/customs delays that may incur once shipped. If ordering internationally, it is highly recommended to plan ahead to give your country’s customs department plenty of time to deliver.
Will pillow measurements be precise?
Pillow cases are measured without the pillow inside. The case measurements may vary around one inch, depending on seam allowances. For any additional information, please feel free to message us.
Does Priority or Express shipping mean my order will be made faster?
No. Paying the post office for Priority shipping means that you are paying for a faster transit time once shipped. It does not jump you ahead of all of the other orders placed before you on the manufacturing queue. If you need your order shipped early, please let us know ahead of time. We also want you to have your order in time. We do not see the shipping speed selected until we go to ship your order. If you want it produced and put in the mail faster, we will need that information communicated to us beforehand so that we can tell you if we are available to do that.
