3 out of 5 starsThis has the potential to be a fantastic beginner’s guide if it included about 10 more pages of the anatomy of a pattern with photos identifying all the parts. A definition of the terms being used, and an explanation of what it’s telling you to do. Step by step. This guide explains why you use a pattern, and the different types of patterns, but doesn’t go beyond that information.

Turn off all “fit to page,” “shrink,” or “resize” options
Print a single test page first to check alignment
