Dall'amore al decoupage e ai mobili vintage
From love to decoupage and vintage furniture
Abbiamo deciso di aprire la Magdalena's Magic Ltd. per trascorrere più tempo insieme, creare cose insieme e, ad essere onesti, per salvare il nostro matrimonio.
Abbiamo scelto il decoupage perché all'epoca era l'hobby di Magdalena e abbiamo deciso di trasformarlo in qualcosa che potesse portare qualche soldo in più al nostro budget.
Tutto è partito dal decoupage su scatole di legno ma il nostro obiettivo è sempre stato quello di ridecorare vecchi mobili.
Alcuni sono già finiti, ma siamo all'inizio, volevamo imparare e migliorare.
Magdalena si occupa di un lato artistico della nostra azienda. Tutti gli articoli nel nostro negozio è il suo duro lavoro. E un sacco di divertimento, naturalmente. Scatta anche alcune delle nostre foto.
Konrad fa tutto il lavoro cartaceo, scatta e modifica le foto e le pubblica su Etsy.
Abbiamo aperto il nostro negozio nel 2013. Non è andato bene, quindi l'abbiamo lasciato dopo un paio di mesi.
Ci torniamo nel 2015 e stiamo attualmente cercando di mettere in vendita più articoli, migliorare le nostre prestazioni qui e in generale essere molto più attivi su Etsy.
Vogliamo migliorare i nostri lavori e il modo in cui li mostriamo (foto). Ora passiamo più tempo a migliorare il negozio, rispetto a quanto facevamo dopo averlo aperto nel 2013 e tutto va lentamente in una buona direzione.
Siamo consapevoli che è un duro lavoro, ma ci divertiamo molto a imparare e fare decoupage.

We decided to open the Magdalena's Magic Ltd. to spend more time together, create things together and to be honest - to save our marriage.
We choose decoupage because at the time it was Magdalena's hobby and we decided to turn it into something which could bring some extra money to our budget.
All has started from decoupage on wooden boxes but our goal has always been to redecorate old furniture.
Some are done already, but we are at the beginning, wanted to learn and improve.
Magdalena takes care of an artistic side of our company. All the items in our shop its her hard work. And a lot of fun of course. She takes some of our photos too.
Konrad does all the paper work,takes and edit photos and post it on Etsy.
We have opened our shop in 2013. It didn't go well so we left it after couple of months.
We get back to it in 2015 and we are currently trying to put more items on sale,improve our performance here and generally speaking be far more active on Etsy.
We want to improve our works as well as the way we show them ( photos). Now we spend more time improving the shop, than we used to after we opened it in 2013 and everything goes slowly in a good direction.
We are aware it is a hard work but we have a lot of fun learning and doing decoupage.
